How long does it take you to make these?
I work with a waitlist which you can find in ⁠✧│how-to-order on my server. It usually takes approximately 20 working days for me to create & ship out your order, however this can slightly vary depending on the amount of pending orders. If you need it faster, I'd recommend going with the rush fee.

What is a title?
It's the optional little grey text under people's IGN!

Can I use custom pictures/titles?
Yes, you can fill in any desired title on the website. If you want to use a custom picture, just leave it in the ticket!

I want to change my order. Is this possible?
Yes, you can request changes until I've sent you your preview. If you want big changes (skin / ranked border) AFTER receiving your preview, there will be a small fee. So make sure to let me know you want to change things up beforehand!

Can you explain me more about the general process so I know what to expect?
Of course! After ordering, you will receive confirmation and I will add you to the google doc seen in ⁠✧│how-to-order on my server. Here you can keep track of the queue. If you have any questions in the meantime, you can always message me through the ticket. Once your order is up next, you will be tagged in your ticket and receive a digital preview to confirm everything looks correct. After your confirmation, I can start the IRL process of making your border. Once it's shipped out, your ticket will be closed and you will receive the tracking code in your email, or the bot will DM you it.

Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost?
I do! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €9,99. Shipping to most other European countries costs €16,95, and for the rest of the world it is an additional €24,95. For the keychains, it is €6,99 worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Europe: typically 1-10 working days, depending on how far you are from the Netherlands
Other continents: typically 10-15 working days

Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, once your order is shipped, your ticket will be closed and there will be an update in your mail, or in the DM that the bot sends you upon closing the ticket. You'll be able to find a code in the email / order portal on the website (something like LA13533276NL). Paste this code into https://parcelsapp.com/ for more accurate updates.

The shipping is taking really long, I think something went wrong!
I always recommend pasting your tracking code into https://parcelsapp.com/. It shows a lot more updates / info. Shipping may take some time sometimes. Only once there hasn't been an update in over 14 days, it's a reason for concern. Feel free to open a ticket in that case.

Can you give me more information about the rush fee?
With the rush fee, you essentially skip the waitlist. Your order gets priority and I ship it out within approximately 2-4 days.

I already placed my order, but would actually like to receive it faster. Can I still go with the rush fee?

How long does it take to ship these out?
The keychains are shipped out within about 10-15 working days.

Does the rush fee also apply to keychains?
Unfortunately not. I rely on my manufacturer for these.

Can I use a custom picture?
Of course! In fact, the keychains are FULLY customizable. You can also get an emote, or ANYTHING else!

Can you ship out my keychain together with my border?
Of course!

How much does shipping cost?
If you only purchase a keychain, it costs €6,99 worldwide. If you also buy a border, you only pay the border shipping costs
