Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For the Netherlands, it's an additional €5,95. For the rest of Europe it's going to be an additional €12,95 and internationally it's an additional €21,95. You receive a tracking code in your e-mail after I've shipped out your order.

The standard frames are roughly 20x40 cm. The XXL version is roughly 40x80 cm. Different sizes would be possible. Feel free to create a ticket on my discord server to discuss this.
